Recently one of our customers emailed us the save data problem about VCS Super Auto Diagnostic Tool and asked us how to solve it. The following are the questions and answers:
Q: I have a VCS scan tool which I have bought from this cnautotool company. Whenever I save any data it seems that I can’t find where it is stored. Can u help me please?
A: Please open the VCS scanner software and find a folder named Save. Double click Save and there are some Log Files. Please select the right vehicle and then you can check the saved data.
Q: The only folder that is there with the name save is the button to save the data. there are no other folders there.
A: It’s because you didn’t test the vehicles by vcs interface till the error codes come out. The data will be saved only after these error codes come out. And then save these code information. Back to save folder to select the right vehicle with the log files.
