AGCO EEM4 Engine Internal 12V Supply Voltage Above/Below Normal Solution

This is a instruction show you guide on how to repair AGCO POWER EEM4 Engine K0387 & K0284, internal 12V supply voltage above/below normal trouble.

SPN 1043, FMI 3, Internal 12V Supply Voltage Above Normal
The EEM4 monitoring system has detected an internal failure.

Possible causes are:
An alternator failure.
An ECU hardware defect.

Reaction in EEM
The FC is stored and the warning lamp is activated. The CAN message indicates active fault.

Solution
Verify and measure that the 12V supply voltage is in limits.
First save the error log and then erase it. Restart the ECU after erasing the error log. If the fault occurs again during the next driving cycle, check the following path:
Check the ECU operation with another EEM4 controller. If the system is functional and the fault is not active with the replacement ECU, then the original ECU is defective.

SPN 1043, FMI 4, Internal 12V Supply Voltage Below Normal
The EEM4 monitoring system has detected an internal failure.

Possible causes are:
An alternator failure.
Low battery voltage.
