Problem<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am always having a trouble to connect my Autel MaxiIM IM608 Pro diagnostic scanner<\/a> to Autel update server. It says: \u201cNetwork busy(#1). Please try again later\u201d, the error message is as below:<\/p>\n

What is the matter? Please help me!<\/p>\n

Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n

The reason why \u201cNetwork busy\u201d error happened is because the network environment can\u2019t access Autel server. It is not allowed to access Autel server due to DNS domain IP address.<\/p>\n

To solve the problem, you should:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Go to \u201cSystem setting\u201don Autel scanner.<\/p>\n

2. Long press the connected network, click \u201cModify network\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

3. Check if it was selected the \u201cShow advanced option\u201d, select it to \u201cStatic\u201d.<\/p>\n

4. Change the IP address to 8:8:8:8 which is Google server by default. Then click \u201cSave\u201d.<\/p>\n

Network problem was solved! Autel IM608 Pro Scan Tool can connect to Autel server normally now! Update and download function come back to be normal.<\/p>\n
