But IM608 showing this dialog:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Programming System<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>E4403:<\/strong> Server error: Reading VIN from device or controller failed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13356\" src=\"https:\/\/www.obd2tool.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/How-to-Solve-Autel-GM-SPS-E4403-Server-Error.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"628\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.obd2tool.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/How-to-Solve-Autel-GM-SPS-E4403-Server-Error.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.obd2tool.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/How-to-Solve-Autel-GM-SPS-E4403-Server-Error-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.obd2tool.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/How-to-Solve-Autel-GM-SPS-E4403-Server-Error-768x482.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.obd2tool.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/How-to-Solve-Autel-GM-SPS-E4403-Server-Error-900x565.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was browser problem.<\/p>\n<p>Before this step you have to install java while installing will ask you to go with j2534 or skip.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t skip you have to be sure fully installed.<\/p>\n<p>You have to use internet explorer don\u2019t use google chrome or normal windows browser.<\/p>\n<p>Open explorer in admin mode to be able to update the j2534 wrapper and problem solved.<\/p>\n<p>Any step have problem go complete out and start again<\/p>\n<p><strong>FYI:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GM SPS Programming is part of autel im608 programmer use.
