out that some of the CAT Vehicle connector are not standard, can not be match our 9 pin connector of the device.<\/p>\n<p>The connector of our customer\u2019s CAT Vehicle as below:<\/p>\n<p><img Even the positive and negative poles of the power supply is opposite. So the device will not work and get power from the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to solve such problem:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customer need to connect the correct diagnostic connector to the corresponding 9 pin diagnostic connector of the CAT device with the cable.
