Q: I have a problem with the connection between the SD Connect C4<\/a> and my car, cables and notebook are not a problem. The defect is in c4, any suggestions for a solution?
\nOn Xentry, after a blue scroll bar appears on the screen, 30 and 31 appear, I swap the c4 module for another, it works again.<\/p>\n

\nA flat battery may affect the device, or connection ports need to be cleaned.<\/p>\n

Solutions:<\/strong>
\n1. Re-flash firmware and make sure the battery is good
\n2. Clean connection ports (Took an air blaster to it and sprayed some electrical contact spray solvent into it)<\/p>\n

1. How to re-flash firmware?<\/strong>
\nRight-click \u201cSDconnect Toolkit\u201d and select \u201cGoto BIN directory\u201d.
\nEdit \u201cToolkit.ini\u201d. (This step requires no battery inside SD C4)
\nFind \u201cMinUpdateVoltageVBatt=7200\u201d and \u201cMinUpdateVoltageVExt=11000\u201d.
\nSwitch both values into \u201c0\u201d.<\/p>\n

Then reboot your computer.
\nRight-click \u201cSDconnect Toolkit\u201d and select \u201cAdministration\u201d.
\nSelect the device when it\u2019s identified.
\nGo to \u201cSoftware update\u201d.
\nDownload \u201c02_CSD_2_11.zip\u201d \u201c01_Bootimage_2_3.zip\u201d \u201c03_PmPic29_Cpld13.zip\u201d. (Do Not change the order)<\/p>\n
