Question 1: When use the Volvo VIDA, when choose the username \u201c1\u201d and \u201cadmin\u201d, both username can\u2019t work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/strong>
\nWhen you use the Volvo VIDA software, you don\u2019t need to connect the network.<\/p>\n

Two methods you can do:
\n(1). Turn off the network which laptop connected, reboot the laptop, the username choose \u201c1\u201d.
\n(2). Set the computer to no longer automatically connect to the Internet. Then reboot the laptop, click “1” to try.<\/p>\n

Question 2: When you diagnose the Nissan software, you choose \u201cVI\u201d and it can\u2019t diagnose.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nWhen you use the Nissan software to diagnose, don’t need to choose the VI to diagnose.
\nYou just click “Diagnosis (One System)”, don’t click “Diagnosis (All System)”.<\/p>\n
