\nEngine Removal Steps:<\/h3>\n

1.Place the machine in the service position C.<\/p>\n

2.Turn off the battery disconnect switch.<\/p>\n

3.Drain the coolant in a collection container.<\/p>\n

4.Drain the hydraulic oil in a collection container.<\/p>\n

5.Release the pressure in the air compressed system by pushing up a valve on the air tank.<\/p>\n

6.Remove engine room under cover.<\/p>\n

7.Remove the muffler hood, radiator hood and the engine room rear cover<\/p>\n

8.Remove the engine room cowl frame with the engine hood using a lifting device.<\/p>\n

9.Remove expansion tank<\/p>\n

10.Remove the clamps and then remove the charge air cooler tube and the radiator hoses.<\/p>\n

11.Disconnect the sensor and the air inlet hose.<\/p>\n

12.Remove air drier hoses.<\/p>\n

13.Remove air drier sensor cable.<\/p>\n

14.Remove AdBlue\u00ae\/DEF nozzle hoses.<\/p>\n

15.Remove AdBlue\u00ae\/DEF harness clamp in the pump room.<\/p>\n

16.Remove pipe clamp in the pump room.<\/p>\n

17.Remove Air hose and AdBlue\u00ae\/DEF hose clamp in the pump room.<\/p>\n

18.Remove pump room cover.<\/p>\n

19.Remove muffler mounting plate fixing screws.<\/p>\n

20.Remove Muffler with mounting plate.<\/p>\n

21.Disconnect the hoses from the P.T.O (power take off) pump.<\/p>\n

22.Remove hydraulic main pump<\/p>\n

23.Remove the screws on the engine oil filter housing.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

24.Disconnect the connectors from the fuel filter housing.<\/p>\n

25.Remove clamp on the engine oil filter hose.<\/p>\n

26.Disconnect the fuel line hoses.<\/p>\n

NOTE!<\/p>\n

Ports must be plugged after disassembling hoses.<\/p>\n

27.Disconnect the compressed air line hoses.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

28.Loosen the tension of the air conditioner compressor belt and then remove the belt.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

29.Disconnect the connector.
\nRemove the compressor and lay it down on the frame.
\nDo not disconnect or loosen connections for the air conditioning unit (AC). Risk of gas leakage.<\/p>\n

30.Disconnect the ground cable.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

31.Remove the charge air cooler hose.<\/p>\n

32.Remove the radiator hose.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

33.Disconnect the cab heater hose on the engine block.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

34.Remove the AdBlue\u00ae\/DEF coolant hoses.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

35.Disconnect the starter motor wire harness.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

36.Remove the hose from the air pressure regulator.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

37.Remove the clamps and cover.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

38.Disconnect the connectors and clamp.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

39.Remove the six mounting screws.<\/p>\n

40.Lift the engine just a little using a lifting device, and after confirming safety around, lift it up and out slowly to the work stand.<\/p>\n
