Export Work Order Images to an EIF Format File<\/h2>\n

  1. Open INSITE<\/a><\/strong>:\n
      \n
    • Navigate to the left panel and click on Work Orders\/ECM Images\/ECM Templates<\/strong>.
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Enter Site Location<\/strong>:\n
        \n
      • If prompted, enter your site location. This field can be left blank. Click OK<\/strong>.

      • View Work Order Images<\/strong>:\n
          \n
        • The work order images will be displayed. Expand the Work Order\/ECM Images screen to view them.

        • Select Images for Export<\/strong>:\n
            \n
          • Hold down the Ctrl<\/strong> key while selecting multiple work order images. Right-click on the selected images and choose Export Image<\/strong> or Export All Images<\/strong>.

          • Save Exported Images<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            • You will be prompted to specify the location and name for each exported image. The default folder is C:\\intelect\\INSITE\\Export<\/code> and the default name format is I-[year][month][day]-[second].eif<\/code>. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • If you selected Export All Images<\/strong>, choose a folder to save the images and click OK<\/strong>.

            • Progress Bar<\/strong>:\n

              • A progress bar will appear indicating the export process.

              • Backup the EIF Files<\/strong>:\n

                • The .eif files can be saved anywhere on your PC, to a USB flash drive, an external server, or emailed. These images can be opened in any version of INSITE later than the version used to create them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Export Work Order Images to a CSV Format File<\/h2>\n

                    • Navigate to the left panel and click on Work Orders\/ECM Images\/ECM Templates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

                      • If prompted, enter your site location. This field can be left blank. Click OK<\/strong>.

                              Backup Work Order Images<\/h2>\n

                              1. Manual Backup<\/strong>:\n

                                • Backup the following files:\n
                                    \n
                                  • C:\\Intelect\\INSITE\\Workorders\\*.*<\/code><\/li>\n
                                  • C:\\Intelect\\INSITE\\UserSettings\\Data.wo<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                                  • Restore Backup<\/strong>:\n
                                      \n
                                    • For a new install, replace the current Data.wo<\/code> file with the backup before using INSITE. Place a backup copy of work order images in C:\\Intelect\\INSITE\\Workorders<\/code>.<\/li>\n
                                    • If work order images already exist, rename the current Data.wo<\/code> file and replace it with the backup Data.wo<\/code> file. The latest Data.wo<\/code> file is required to view the images.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      Email Work Order Images<\/h2>\n
                                        \n
                                      1. Open INSITE<\/strong>:\n
                                          \n
                                        • Navigate to the left panel and click on Work Orders\/ECM Images\/ECM Templates<\/strong>.

                                            • Select Images to Email<\/strong>:\n
                                                \n
                                              • Hold down the Ctrl<\/strong> key while selecting multiple work order images. Right-click on the selected images and choose Email Images<\/strong>.

                                              • Export and Attach Files<\/strong>:\n
                                                  \n
                                                • If the images have not been exported, INSITE will create two files for each image: an .eif and a .csv file with default names I-[year][month][day]-[second]<\/code>. INSITE will open your email program and attach these files. Enter the recipient’s email address and any comments, then send the email.<\/li>\n
                                                • If the images have been exported previously, INSITE will ask if you want to copy or replace the existing files. INSITE will then attach these files to your email.
