Outside & Inside SMD Switch Function: <\/strong>
\n1. Turn on SW5 to start the 120 ohm Terminal Resistance.
\n2. SW1-SW3 control the data playback rate.

How to recording Data and Test the module?<\/strong>
\n1.\u00a0 Connect to 12V power supply, Power LED turn on red light and always on.
\n2.\u00a0 Connect to work well CAN BUS Module to record data or input data by computer.\u00a0 Long Press “IN” button, “LED 1” turn on red, from flash to steady.
\n3.\u00a0 RXD & TXD turn on green light, fished data recording.
\n4.\u00a0 Loosen “IN”button, “LED 1” & RXD’s light to be closed.\u00a0 TXD’s Green light always on.\u00a0 (It means CTB003 keep Data.)
\n5.\u00a0 Car Module need to be Off-line\/Power-off at least 15s.
\n6.\u00a0 Use 6P connector connect Car module and CTB003, and then “LED 2” turn on red light, Data start to do playback(start to activate module).
\n7.\u00a0 Click “Out” button, close “LED 2”, Data stop to do playback(stop to activate module).<\/p>\n

CTB004 can be reused:<\/strong>
\nIn addition, after the recording is completed and the power is cut off, the power on box will automatically replay the last recorded data.If there is no automatic replay, please press the OUT button to turn it on.

Reason for recording failed:<\/strong>
\n1. The collected module data may be LS-CAN (<100k).
\n–You can try to remove the 120 ohm terminal resistor (R2) on the motherboard of the CTB003 and record it again.
\n2. Confirm the CAN-H & CAN-L direction correctly to be connected
\n3. Does the data exceed 1M?
\n4. Some vehicle models require 2-way power supply to drive the instrument panel (refer to the electrical drawings of specific vehicle components)
