Removing the Inverter<\/h2>\n

1. Remove the PCU<\/h3>\n

2. Remove the Under Cover<\/h3>\n

3. Disconnect the Bottom of the PCU<\/h3>\n

4. Remove the Inverter<\/h3>\n

  1. Remove 4 bolts and detach the main battery cable.

  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.<\/li>\n
  3. Remove 2 clips and disconnect 2 coolant hoses.
    \nCAUTION: Use a tray or similar container to catch coolant.

  4. Cut 5 harness clamps from Inverter Bracket No. 1.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Remove 4 bolts to detach Inverter Bracket No. 1 from the inverter.

  6. Remove 4 bolts to detach Inverter Bracket No. 2 and Inverter Bracket No. 3 from the inverter.

    Mounting the Inverter<\/h2>\n

    1. Install the Inverter<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Install Inverter Bracket No. 2 and No. 3 to the inverter using 4 bolts.
      \nTorque: 19.0 N\u00b7m {194 kgf\u00b7cm, 14.0 lbf\u00b7ft}

    2. Install Inverter Bracket No. 1 to the inverter using 4 bolts.
      \nTorque: 19.0 N\u00b7m {194 kgf\u00b7cm, 14.0 lbf\u00b7ft}

    3. Attach 3 harness clamps to Inverter Bracket No. 1.
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n
    4. Connect both coolant hoses and secure with 2 clamps.

    5. Reconnect the electrical connector.
