If the remote control is invalid after programming\u00a0(on condition that the battery has been installed and the remote\u00a0frequency is correct), try to import the CEM safety data to unlock the key and program\u00a0again after unlocking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Note: it can only unlock the\u00a0CEM safety data of the vehicle or the corresponding vehicle<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Module identification: identify the body CEM \/ KVM module status, please do this before all the operation, this function can\u00a0ensure the module status, and distinguish between full-keyless \/ half-keyless. In addition, when the safety data backup is completed, and the module has been installed where it should be,\u00a0please perform\u00a0&#8220;module identification&#8221; again just in case and then proceed programming.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Note:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>When programming Volvo 6-button keys, please be sure to dismantle&amp;read the CEM and KVM\u00a0first, as to their\u00a0location and how to read, please refer to the &#8220;Operation&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>First time to use the adapter, you need to bind it with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obd2tool.com\/goods-6954-Lonsdor+K518ISE+Key+Programmer.html\">K518ISE<\/a>. Go to the K518ISE home page and choose &#8220;Settings -&gt; Bind adapter&#8221;, following the direction to finish binding. One K518ISE host can bind up to 5 adapters, and the bound adapter can not be bound to other K518ISE hosts. (Indicating that the corresponding module status is normal)<\/p>\n<p>(2) No installation or communication failure. (That the car does not have the corresponding module, or the module status is abnormal)<\/p>\n<p>After the backup of the safety data is completed, install back all the modules accordingly. Please do \u201cModule identification\u201d again, check to ensure that the module is well installed and in normal status. Go to the device home page and choose &#8220;Settings -&gt; Bind adapter&#8221;, following the direction to finish binding. One K518ISE host can bind up to 5 adapters, and the bound adapter can not be bound to other K518ISE hosts.
