The above driver 19.04.28 driver is the current version (Aug. 2019). If newer version driver released, you can download latest version on official website as well (check picture below).<\/p>\n

Connect with USB(It\u2019s easy)<\/p>\n

Connect with WIFI(You can choose the Wifi named \u201cDoIP-VCI-11D4\u201d, and the last four numbers are in random.)<\/p>\n

The Connection between the DoIP VCI and computer<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the picture below, open the VCI Manager and click the \u201cconnect\u201d<\/p>\n

Check the connection status with the computer.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

When it shows a green check mark, VCI is detected<\/p>\n

Update of DoIP VCI\u2019 firmware.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Open\u201cVCI manager\u201d<\/p>\n

Then click the \u201cVCI Update\u201d<\/p>\n

Click the \u201cStart\u201d and you can check the update progress on the right<\/p>\n

Attention<\/b><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

When you click the \u201cstart\u201d, vci cannot be interrupted or stopped. Otherwise the JLR DoIP VCI will be damaged. You can disconnect when it finished.<\/p>\n

SDD can get the hardware directly, it\u2019s perfect if the icon is green.<\/p>\n

PathFinder need to set the network interface.<\/p>\n

Log in with account firstly,<\/p>\n

( If you have a Pathfinder account you can login directly.)<\/p>\n

Click \u201ccancel\u201d<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t connect successfully if it shows \u201cSIM\u201d \u201cSimFiles\u201d, you should select the communication interface as \u201cJLR-JLR-DoIP, D-PDU API by Bosch\u201d and VCI serial \u201c86004905\u201d. Now you can use it for diagnosis.<\/p>\n
