1. Problem:<\/strong> The xprog V5.84 shows \u201cAccess violation at address 00478FC6 in module \u201cXProgDesktop.dll\u201d. Read of address 00000358.\u201d<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/strong> Check if the anti-virus software has been installed in the computer. If have, please close it, because the anti-virus software<\/p>\n

will kill xprog-M driver. Then open the xprog V5.84 again. If it also doesn\u2019t work, try to unzip xprog software again.<\/p>\n

2. Problem:<\/strong> It always prompts \u201cThis program version requires to update the XPROG firmware. Do you want to update now?\u201d when using xprog -M box.<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/strong> Please check if you connect the internet, if it is, disconnect the internet. Never try to UPDATE, the hardware will be damaged if<\/p>\n

3. Problem:<\/strong> My Xprog V5.84<\/a> fail to read serial eeprom, don\u2019t give eeprom options.<\/p>\n

Solution<\/strong>: Xprog v5.84 default software CD does not have eeprom capabilities which is different from previous version V5.74\/5.60\/5.55 etc.<\/p>\n

4. Problem<\/strong>: The certificate has expired or is not validated for Xprog V6.12<\/a>.<\/p>\n
