I bought the MUT3 tool and software from you, I am having trouble with the computer recognizing the VCI. It says there is no driver software and the folder with the VCI file is empty. Please give me some advice on what to do

MUT 3 come with CD software.
You have to install the software on window xp or window 7. It doesn’t support window 10.
if you meet problem to install the program, our engineer can support you via teamviewer.
