I received the laptop and noticed that some diagnostic software is already installed, but other software cannot be installed. How can I install the remaining programs? Can you help?
Solution
Based on the image provided, the laptop is currently running the C6 system. You do not need to install any additional software within this system.
This laptop is configured with multiple operating systems, and each system is dedicated to specific diagnostic software. To use a different diagnostic program, simply restart the laptop and select the appropriate system during startup.
Please note:

Do not install other diagnostic software into the current system.
