Possible causes
– The server for diagnosis certificates is not accessible or is not esponding.
– The logged-in user does not have sufficient permissions.
Possible remedies
– Establish online connection. Log user out of XENTRY Diagnosis and log in again.
– Contact the User Help Desk if the fault occurs again.

Solution:
The XENTRY 2025 C003 error typically indicates a missing Zenzefi certificate.
For diagnosing newer Mercedes models such as W213, W206, W223, W465, and others, a Zenzefi certificate must be imported into the XENTRY software.
Note: We do not provide Zenzefi certificates.
If you already have a Zenzefi certificate, import it into XENTRY. If the issue continues after importing the certificate and your software was purchased from us, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
