Sometimes it happens: When MB Star C6 OEM Xentry is connected to the truck with the supplied cable, it can happen that the data cannot be read.
Problem: The device cannot read (vehicle) data. And after trying the sprinter years 2011/2010/2012, the same error is displayed, and the cause of the error can be the following: Failed to initialize the diagnostic multiplexer.
Possible causes: The connection between the diagnosis multiplexer and the diagnosis device is interrupted. The voltage supply at the diagnostic socket (terminal 30 and/or) is faulty. Note: If using SDconnect, check the connection status with the toolkit.
Solution: Open VX Manager to see if it is connected to the device, if it is normal you need to reinstall the driver
