How to Fix C6 Diagnostic Tool Connection Failure

Issue:

There is something wrong with my c6; it won’t connect to the vehicle.

It can read the VIN from the car, but when I try to diagnose, it shows this error.

Reply:

We checked the picture and said the lighting setup is incorrect. You can connect your car and send us the TeamViewer connection; the engineer will check remotely.

The VCI needs to be updated to work with the latest software version.
